Malignant 2021
This is one of the worst films I've ever seen. The villain is honestly laughable, in both design and execution. There's too much information provided too early so the shocking twist is at best mediocre. The score is way more dramatic than this film deserves and is working overtime to try and make the idiotic feel spooky. I'll admit I'm not one for horror but I would at least appreciate a slow, creepy burn, which this film absolutely does not deliver. Watch something else this halloween
