emotional beats really hit hard. andrew garfield and florence pugh were both sensational but i think florence's performance took the cake for me, especially the scene where she reveals to him she is competing in the contest. i dont want to say the ending was rushed but i think the abrupt ending after she passes just didnt let her death sit long enough with me and so the knife in the stomach i thought it might be didnt quite get deep enough. also not entirely sold on the non linear structure, has its pros and cons. overall would recommend and watch again
