I was really looking forward to this sequel but was left wanting more. Moana 2 felt like a tv series that was cut into a movie. Some songs were decent but overall disappointing. Moana was great but the film needed more of the Moana/Maui dynamic. I didn’t really feel the stakes of the story, and the most of the new characters aren’t memorable. There are enough fun moments to enjoy the film, but don’t expect it to be nearly are great as Moana.

Paradise 2025
Paradise was a solid series that was a lot of things: dystopian, natural disaster, murder mystery, and thriller. Sterling K. Brown and James Marsden dominate their roles as secret service and president. I thought the mystery behind the President’s murder was interesting, and the flashbacks provided deep insight. I love a good thriller, but I felt like this series had me intrigued, but not on the edge of my seat.
