I’m utterly gobsmackified in a way I’ve not been in 18 years. Everyone was right.
If you love musicals, if you love spectacle, if you love the *drama* of it all, run to see Wicked.
Fans will sob (as I did, at least four separate times throughout).
Newbies will be enthralled.
