  Rewatched this in cinemas for the 40th anniversary last year and when I tell you it is better each time you watch it I am not lying. Star Wars was made for the big screen, if you ever get the chance to watch these films when they re-release in cinema you should. This whole film is just UGH.

  Star Wars 1977

  Watching this film for the 20th time and it still feels like the first. All I can think about when watching it is “how is this film nearly 50 years old”. What I would have done to watch this on release in 1977, the advances they made in cinema are outstanding. This film and franchise are so special. The fact that for the Original Trilogy they only got better is testament to George Lucas’ talent as a creative.

Following
