  Ok this movie was 3 fucking hours long but it was still entertaining asf. Also like did not know what it was about going into it. The inciting incident happened like 1 hour into the film who tf does that.  He kept edging us like this is the end of film but then ANOTHER obstacle would come. I have a soft spot for old movies tho. It’s so neat to see the craft evolve and tbh for 1953 it’s pretty cool.
