  I knew nothing about the movie going into it, just small comments from strangers in the concession line while waiting to see the movie. Based on what they said, I expected something super outlandish and weird in a disturbing way. While there are disturbing scenes and situations, I’m shocked how “good weird” the movie is.

  What a journey of a movie. Opening to closing shot and the stark difference of it. When the credits rolled I felt genuinely speechless even though there is so much to say.

  The first 46 minutes are 5 star worthy. The rest of the movie is just completely horrible.

  I genuinely see myself rewatching this movie for that first half and then ending it there. There’s some crude humour and it can be silly at times but I really felt a lot of heart in it. The “twist” in the end is apparent from nearly the beginning of the movie, which if you stop halfway through it feels more thoughtful and sweet. 

  The second half of this movie just turns into something else and I am going to pretend it does not exist.
