Honestly I didn’t think a movie about Queen would make me cry but for the last 20 - 30 minutes there were waterworks. RAMIIIIIIIII. Well well deserved Oscar. He captured the wild, eccentric, colorful energy of Freddie Mercury flawwwwlesssly. A must watch and now I’m going to listen to more Queen because honestly their friendship and artistry is pretty dope.

20th Century Women 2016
A feminist ode to mothers and women. The aesthetics and motifs are absolutely stunning and so different than anything I’ve seen before. The storytelling is almost documentary like but beautifully intertwines every character’s storyline. “Whatever you think your life is going to be like, just know, it's not gonna be anything like that.” Also everyone saying “menstruation” at the dinner table 😂

First go at the Into the Dark series. Not bad. A good concept but felt very stretched out. There were definitely creepy moments but they played the horror to much. Some good acting. Almost wanted less horror and more drama. Overall...fine and will continue to watch more!
