I would love to watch this again. One of the most visually arresting films I’ve seen in a while. The soundtrack was particularly experimental and worked really well to drive home the stress/trauma our EO was under. One of the first movies about animals and how humans treat them that truly moved me.

I saw this one in a crowded theater on 35mm, and it was Absolutely incredible. There’s something so refreshing about seeing complex revolutionary themes being explored on screen, when most war movies today only go as far as saying/showing “violence=bad”. As a union organizer, seeing the General Strike unfold was particularly impactful.
