Wow this was an absolute trip and so so scary! I love it when horror makes me genuinely spooked. Jordan Peele’s authorial choices all have meaning, and knowing that as the audience makes such an impact on how you consume his work. Late Night with the Devil 2023
Very much enjoyed the style of this film! From the film-like quality of the visuals, to the framing of the story as a made-for-TV special, this was very original. David Dastmalchian seems to be made for horror and, selfishly, I hope that is what comes next for him!

Not surprised by my rating for this one, it really could have gone one of two ways for me. Julia Garner carried the movie. Also children should NEVER be in horror films as they are the biggest vibe killer. Christopher Abbot is so attractive, he had me saying “Noooo don’t become a werewolf you’re so sexy!”
