    Bong Joon-Ho is one of the most consistent directors of the modern era. When you have someone as talented as him it's easy to go in with higher expectations than with other films. Mickey 17 is a lot of fun. Pattinson is as brilliant as ever. It's quirky, looks beautiful, is brilliantly edited, and well-acted. There's a lot to like about this movie and I think it's a great entry in Joon-Ho's filmography.

    It has a lot of problems but Josh Hartnett’s performance was worth the price of admission. I just wish the rest of the movie lived up to the effort he put in. This feels like a step backward for Shyamalan after some pretty good work in his last few films.
