  I actually loved it !! It was way less cringier than I was expecting and I thought quite well directed. Their chemistry was great, I was rooting for them, but you can’t really go wrong with Anne Hathaway. This is also coming from a 1D Stan so, are we surprised lol

  I was so excited to see this film after the trailer gave me goosebumps and the rave reviews. I came out shocked at how disappointing it was. It felt like one big advertisement. The music was distracting and overplayed with times where it was popped over scenes unnecessarily, making the dialogue difficult to focus on.   MASSIVE Hollywood budget that they clearly had so much fun blowing it on a load of crazy shit but I LOVED it. Made me realise how much I love the industry I work in and it’s the first film that’s made me laugh out loud in a while. Ryan Gosling’s comedic acting is brilliant. It’s all very aware and tongue in cheek of itself and other hollywood movies, it’s such a fun watch.
