Hell yeah it is low budget. But the atmosphere, the lighting, the growing paranoia, the constantly twisting story... I love it. This is one of the best (almost) one man performances I have ever watched (next to "Evil Dead 2").
1 star less because of Iwan Rheon's white hair.

Yes it can. I love this piece of art.
The comicbook optics, the constant soft focus, the cast... Everything is perfect. Shame that this didn't get any sequels...
