I'm generally not too much of a horror movie guy, I can appreciate a good or great one, but it's not my go to genre.

Mission: Impossible II 2000
As a Mission Impossible movie, it's not very engaging and can often be boring, sprinkled with cool set pieces. As a John Woo movie, it is actually mostly entertaining. This movie has almost no bearing on the MI continuity and that's a good thing. It can be fun if viewed with the right mindset, but this is one that's just not for me.
