The thing is, this was great, but without Saorise Ronan it would probably be like a 2.5 star film, she was incredible! Also she learnt how to deliver lambs for this?!?! Absolutely insane!! Also that cottage on Orkney looked so cozy and I too would like to swim in the sea and then sit by the fire

This was a very fun film, and the comedic acting was brilliant!! (Even if Ruffalo perhaps over-hammed it slightly as an incredibly Trump esque politician). I loved the clash of genres/tones, like the sudden shifts between full-on sci-fi to pretty much slapstick comedy. However it felt slightly messy with lots of ideas shoved together but not really fully explored, such as the 'dream' at the end, which felt pretty irrelevant. That madness was part of why it was so fun though!
