i just realized i love the coming-of-age genre bc it's around that time when ppl discover that life is unfair, the world is shit and begin to hate everything, including their very existence. it's the time when you realize oh, god, i have so much ahead of me and that's scary. how comforting it is to know that everyone finds out we're all fucked at around the same age. this is probably too honest and nihilistic for this website but these ugly feelings are what this short film evoked in me. five positively terrifying stars.
