The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds & Snakes 2023
Complete classic! i have watched all the movies and read all the books yet every time there is a new film it brings this spark for the franchise back. i can say sitting through this made me feel as though i was truly in the film myself. i love scifi and i love adventure as well as action and this gave me a little bit of all. the characters were played so well and it was easy to relate and sympathize with them. i will never miss out on a Hunger Games film.

Honestly a really triggering movie with the plot of a rollercoaster. it definitely could’ve been executed better as i feel like parts of the story moved entirely too fast.. im not a big fan of time jumps but thats all this movie really gave me. it also made the two love interests hard to differentiate in terms of who would’ve been the bad guy at the restaurant scene even though the description literally tells you

Godzilla × Kong: The New Empire 2024
i personally loved this film. one of the best ones in my opinion scifi has always been one of my favorite genres and i just feel like this ate the concept up. i generally love the idea of millions of years old animals and alternate dimensions and just higher powers and this gave me all of that.
