The World to Come 2020
This movie was achingly beautiful and poetic. You cannot turn the voice of the narrator off in your head and just rely on the scenes. Without the narrator the scene is incomplete. Like as if you were watching a broken tv that only shows half the screen. This movie feels like im almost falling asleep yet my grandmother keeps playing with my hair while telling me tales of a time before i ever existed. This is beautiful.
