  loved everything about this movie - this is neo-noir.
  the unique americana spin in texas, the odd casting, the suspense is timed perfectly with every part… the characters feel so real, abby puts up with so much and it builds up so well. 
  the soundtrack is so jarring and contrasts every scene in a perfect way, while still capturing the essence of the film at the same time?
  its hilarious in its own way, especially the oh-so bittersweet ending.

  there are some really clever parts of this movie, outstanding cast but... the whole kurt thing knocked a point off, as well as some other inconsistencies. clearly biased but hey, no one here is calling dick cheney the patron saint of america.
