  the true horror is the weaponised incompetence. the man wanted a manic pixie dream girl unfortunately. someone call the girl with the list. it's so preachy it got annoying though

  i enjoyed this movie so much. i like how howard doesn't even show up until the end of the film but he's pretty much the most important character besides Pearl. I love the lines of the script. I understand Pearl's heartbreaks and fears. This movie is rlly good. Pearl's descent to madness comes with her desperation to have a better life and it just hits me so hard. Her sister in law's reaction from her monologuing hit me the most bc she was just like "I'M GONNA GO NOW"
