This movie is very entertaining and has a lot of great moments. Despite the short runtime, the characters are relatively well developed and are fun to watch! The vampire lore is given to you in a way that doesn't feel like an exposition dump and feels very in character for vampire hunting children. The movie has a Goonies vibe, which I found very enjoyable (maybe due to Corey Feldman being present in both).

It pains me to put the movie this low, as there is a lot to like about this movie. The cinematography is artistic and is stunning to watch. The Joker scenes where the fantasy mixes with Arthur's world are great and remind me of the first film and the mystery and intrigue Arthur's broken mind brought.
