I am legit confused on how to write a review for this movie because I have experienced all sorts of confusing emotions while watching this film. At the start, I was genuinely hooked by the whole eerie yet subtle unraveling of the plot, and I slowly knew that I was in for some hard-hitting social drama.
When I realised that Vikrant Massey was acting in this film, I was prepared for a kind of social commentary kind of film…
Starts off as a great film with a really cute love story as well as a very organic backdrop of fishermen and their struggles to earn a living. A couple of issues I have is that I already kind of knew the storyline a little before the movie and the scenes in this movie reminded me of many other films that I watched, which might have reduced the overall impact that this film made.
Sai Pallavi, as always, puts on…
Will always remain as my favourite film for life. Filmmaking just can’t get more perfect than this. The best soundtrack for a film, emotion driven screenplay and an all-timer performance from Suriya for the father role. This kind of magic might never be repeated again in the future

The feeling of walking out of the cinema after watching a good movie has to definitely be one of the best feelings ever, which I had after a long time today. A proper entertainer with a hard hitting messaged delivered with just the right amount of fun and emotion, with some great songs and commercial elements.
Definitely the biggest plus of the movie is that unlike many other films, the second half of the film definitely is as good…
