  I was devastated after finishing this film. It captured the sadness, regret, pain, loneliness, and kindness that someone could ever feel in their seemingly beyond-redemption life and put it right in my face. The performances were top-notch. Excellent cast. As someone who used to have self-destructive behavior, I felt deeply sympathetic toward Charlie.

  หนังที่โฟกัสความเรียบง่ายของชีวิตแต่กลับทำให้คนดูแบบเรารู้สึกเหงายิ่งกว่าเดิมเฉยเลย

  หนังถ่ายทอดชีวิตของฮิรายามะที่มีความเป็นกิจวัตรและเรียบง่ายท่ามกลางเมืองที่วุ่นวาย หาความสุขเล็กๆจากเพลง หนังสือ ถึงจะการดำเนินเรื่องมันจะเนิบแต่ก็ไม่ได้รู้สึกว่ามันน่าเบื่อเท่าไหร่ ครึ่งแรกของหนังนี่เหมือนเป็น Perfect day ของเขาเลย จนครึ่งหลังเริ่มเผยให้เห็นว่าฮิรายามะเองก็มีด้านที่อ่อนไหวอย่างเรื่องครอบครัว มีมุมที่ยังโหยหาการปฏิสัมพันธ์ ยังไม่นับเรื่องอื่นที่เข้าไป disrupted his mundane life อีก สำหรับเรา ตอนจบของหนังเรื่องนี้คงจะเป็นสิ่งที่อธิบายชื่อเรื่องที่ดีที่สุด นี่ตีความว่า Perfect day คือวันที่เราสามารถโอบรับทุกอย่างที่เกิดขึ้นและผ่านมันไปได้ไม่ว่ามันจะเป็นเรื่องดีหรือแย่ (มันคงจะอ้างถึงหลักปรัชญาหรือแนวคิดแบบเซนที่ดีพกว่านี้แหละ แต่ไม่รู้จักอ่ะ) การแสดงของคุณโคจิ ยาคุโช ในฉากนั้นยอดเยี่ยมมากจริงๆ ขอคารวะ 10 ที งานภาพก็ดีมาก ปรัชญาชีวิตของตัวเอกมันชัดมากในแต่ละฉากที่เต็มไปด้วยมูฟเม้นของผู้คนรีบเร่งในเมือง

  โดยรวมถือว่าเป็นประสบการณ์ดูที่ดี ปกติหนังแนวนี้ไม่ใช่เทส แต่เรื่องนี้ให้ผ่านนะ

  Ps. พอดูจบแล้ว ชาวบจจิแบบเราก็นึกถึงเพลง ひとりぼっち東京 (Alone in Tokyo) ขึ้นมาทันที เพราะทุกคนๆในโตเกียวก็โดดเดี่ยวกันทั้งนั้น
