i went into this thinking, alright.. just another prison movie, but damn I did not expect to be emotionally wrecked by a guy quietly doing taxes and chiseling away at a wall for decades. One minute Im just watching, the next Im questioning the meaning of life, hope, and whether I should start digging a tunnel in my own room.. just in case. But beyond the escape plan, this movie is all about friendship, resilience, and the power of hope…

one of the best movies I’ve ever watched, even though I was kinda late to the party lol. But seriously, this is insane.. back in that year, they made a movie that’s literally just 12 dudes arguing in one room, and instead of being boring, it’s actually gripping as hell. I found myself going, "yo, Davis is spitting facts" and suddenly, Im over here analyzing a murder case like Im a legit juror. And as for character development Absolutely amazing. Huge respect to Sidney Lumet for making this absolute cinema akhh🙌

Willem Dafoe gives such a heartfelt performance in Togo, perfectly capturing Leonhard Seppala’s toughness and deep bond with Togo. Their connection feels so real, and it’s honestly one of the highlights of the movie.
