Deeply uncomfortable up-close depiction of an abusive relationship. The paranatural part wasn't scary in comparison, but I appreciate the weirdness

Barbie filmen: fifty-fifty, men lidt til. Super cool visuals løfter den en hel stjerne, men kan ikke beslutte sig for om den er en børne eller voksen film. Ikke alle jokes lander, og der er spildt potentiale ift. moren og datteren (som ikke rigtig gør noget).
Og Mattel er lidt cringe, corporate memes... men heldigvis også ret selvbevidste/Meta.
Mine favorit ting var at Barbie Land har sine egne fysiske love, rejsen til og fra verdenerne, setdressing og kostumer, Ken's Beach-Off,…

Joe who? Joe not crying, I am! Watched this with dad, and had a heartfelt talk about our purpose in life afterwards. Entertained the entire way through. Not sure why I'm not giving this five stars... Maybe the visuals in the before life were a little lacking? Or I wanted the side characters to have more focus? Would give it 4,75 if I could. Makes sense that it's open-ended.
I'm easily impressed, and proud of it!!
OK changed my mind, because I kind of dislike the soul designs, and have a lot of other little nitpicks
