A very Hollywood take on this story. I did not enjoy Timothée Chalamet’s attempt at a Bob Dylan accent. The accent seemed to get worse and more exaggerated as the movie progressed. Timothée Chalamet did really play and sing. So I’ll give him credit for that.

One Hour Photo 2002
The attention to detail in this film is possibly some of the best I’ve ever seen. The amount of metaphors in this film could fill a book. Each shot gives you chills as you see how far Sy goes for his Parasocial relationship with a family. Unlike the 2000s, Today we have access to complete strangers personal photos through social media. Making this movie possibly more relevant now than when it was first in theaters.
It cannot be overstated that Robin Williams is phenomenal in this roll.

LOL 2012
Very disjointed at first. Conflicts arise and resolves very quickly. The slut shaming is very 2012. But ultimately this movie got better as it progressed. Very cheesy and predictable but a nice little movie.
