  as a horror diehard fan, i recognized this film is a 'remake' or 'latest version' of the original one. i expected it to be more 'horror'. the film wasnt scary at all. but i really appreciate lily rose-depp's acting. she really fits her role there.

  one of my favorite horror. i really like the storyline and the tales, even though it's not the gore-blood-horror type. thought the movie was too long and boring at first, but turns out the movie ended with lots of twists and turns. very recommended to watch if you scared of blood, but still want to watch horror.

  watched it alone inside the whole cinema (it was weekday and nobody else came to watch). i really love the mixed style editing and the very vibrant red visuals. but did not expect that the movie was more kind of like, thriller and psychological horror. i was expecting for gore-jumpscare-horror.

  childhood nostalgia tsunami. really love the film to be honest, but i expect it to be more colorful. did not like the 'toned-down-fade' overlay filter througout the scenes in Shiz. i cried. ugly cried, to be exact.
