A Safe Place 1971
An actual waste time. It was the last film in the BBS Criterion Collection for me, and I'm glad it was. There was some interesting film techniques on display, but nothing of true substance to reel you in. Just nonsense, and some sick magic tricks from Orson Welles.

Lost Highway 1997
Needs multiple viewings I think to truly appreciate it. As I make my way through Lynch's filmography, it is clear this one sits in the back seat compared to others I've seen, but that isn't saying much to hurt it. Lost Highway gave me what I curve in a Lynch film.
