  I wanted to like this film so bad. And I can't point to one reason why I disliked it. But in the end, it felt like the setting just didn't matter and the events were always going to play out how they played out. Deeply disappointing in a blurry kindof way where it's hard to point to why it is. It just is. It's easier to explain things I liked about it than disliked, and yet here we are.

  I'm so confused... I thought I was watching a Broadway musical movie adaptation from 20 years ago, but in reality this was gender swapped Challenges but instead of tennis, they do witchcraft??

  I'm also confused because I was always told that "HER SISTER WAS A WITCH RIGHT? *(seemingly wrong! Only platonic sisters)* AND WHAT WAS HER SISTER? A PRINCESS *(she's the Govenor's daughter, not a princess)*, THE WICKED WITCH OF THE EAST BRO.

  And while, indeed, "SHE WORE A CROWN…
