reminds me of the fragile nature of our existences, especially the ending. not how I would’ve done it if I were to live an alternative life but inevitably I’d face my own surrender out in the (semi) wilderness. In any case I’d look to my own grandmother finding her oasis in the garden on abandoned chinese farmhouse grounds at the age of 80.
