Perfect Days 2023
As far apart as they are, it left me with a similar despondency as Into The Wild did: a movie that stages a story of despair and alienation disguising it as a celebration of small things and an individual quest for happiness.
The difference is that Wenders is a far better illusionist than Penn. Beautiful photography, by the way.
