I Saw the Devil 2010
The film is insanely boring and long, but in spite of that it is beautiful visually: the same topics, the same conversations for 2,5 hours. No development whatsoever. (I'm talking primarily about dialogues and characters' behaviour). Only cruelty and endless violence against women, which made just a tool for "rivalry of two men", who were not even properly revealed. Their psychotypes are a cliché, with almost nothing behind it.
It could have been a beautiful and really good film, but unfortunately it's only 50% of the way there.
