1hr and 20min of this 1hr 30min film was Michael Myers slowly following Jamie Lee Curtis and she walked down the same hallway 10 times. Still iconic though.
This one moment when you know you’re not a sad story, you are alive. And you stand up and see the lights on buildings and everything that makes you wonder, when you were listening to that song on that drive with the people you love most in this world.

My heart hurts. I don’t know the last time I watched something so funny yet devastating. This loving relationship between cousins reuniting, clearly haunted by shadows of jealousy, frustration, and pity, is so so amazingly portrayed by the contrasting personalities of David and Benji. Pain stalks this story in so many forms; it is nuisance and endurance, hurt and grief, but most importantly it is the audience’s longing for something to change.
