  I can’t tell if this was genuinely a really overrated film when it came out or it has just aged like milk. Feels like the script was written by a Set 8 GCSE English class. Stinks of American complacency towards the end of the 20th Century - amazing that this was written at the same time as crazy wars in Afghanistan etc. “ooooh I’m really sad because my parents don’t listen to me:(((((“.
