The Last Year of Darkness 2023
I did genuinely really like this documentary, it was beautifully shot with an interesting premise filmed over an extended period of time. It did however leave me wondering about whether parts of it were particularly ethical or exploitative, though admittedly I don't know much about its production. Excellent opening and ending sequences - just really loved the camerawork in general, especially the use of extended filming long after a "scene" appears to have finished.
