I liked this movie. It is such a strange but unique and interesting concept.
The acting was good, Mark Ruffalo his character was greatly annoying which means he did well. I also really like Nadia Ackie as an actress ever since I’ve seen her in Blink Twice.
The movie was unpredictable, which was nice.
The creepers were also cool, and added a lot to the story. 🐀

I’m having a hard time deciphering what to rate this movie.
I liked that, like the title suggests, it really is a story about Anora. The main event being her marriage with Zakharov, but the story always followed her, zooming in on her thoughts, emotions and experiences.

The main character is very well casted, Uma Thurman is perfect for this role.I like how the story is written, such a simple concept yet very complex and interesting.

A beautifully moving story. The outline of the timeline of this movie is truly amazing. It showcases the different phases of their relationship, very raw yet full of love and patience at all times.
What really got me was how Almut kept on searching for ways to make her life worthwhile next to being a mother and a partner. Her surrendering after completing the final dish, accepting that it was enough, that her achievements were finally enough. Finally letting go.
