Sure was an adaptation of Dracula...
The visuals were cool! Liked the colour grading/costuming/sets etc! That's most of what I have positive to say.
The acting was kinda bland and lacking in reactions a lot of the time and oh boy do they love to use the same type of shot transitions over again.

I was inclined to watch this film after being told it was a gothic horror and having seen the costume design and my greatest compliments to Kate hawley because the costume design in this film was spectacular.
As for the rest of the film...
I found myself having to actively force myself through watching this. I found it all incredibly mild. The characters, plot and score did not compel me so much so that when I reached the final plot twist I was ultimately disengaged from the film and felt little but annoyance.
Overall I feel disappointed, I don't see myself rewatching.
