i laughed out loud a lot. a whole lot. visually it was stunning. lots of shots i honestly coulda stayed with forever and ever. strong performances. films with this set-up/premise (people go to a place & then weird stuff happens) tend to have really strong first acts then fall apart a little bit when it's clear there's nothing really holding it all together, but u know what?? i saw the vision. far from a perfect execution but am honestly surprised this didn't get stronger reviews. i was rly expecting it to be utter crap based on what ppl said but it was decent forreal.
