  It’s a cruel world with very little to hope for. I liked the authenticity of portraying the often overlooked reality of people not willing to live a hell like this anymore, and also, the pain and suffering that can come from that.

  Using the sequence shots was a monumental technical challenge, but had some downsides for the narrative, wanting to fill every single void. It’s a crude story nonetheless, a lot to process.
