  If the camerawork and the soundtrack of a movie is that good, i can overlook that the rest is pretty boring.

  Spider forest doesn't give a small spider ass if you dont be aware of whats happening or if it even makes sense. I can understand that this isn't for everyone. Hell, if i hadn‘t been so stoked to finally see this film i probably didn't liked it that much aswell.
  But spider forest has such an eerie, uncomfortable tone. Good placed music and some solid acting. All that helped me to forget that the story of who done it isn't that great or special. I also have to admit that i have a softspot for asian horror.

  Between food porn and social criticism.

  The Menu reminded me with his exaggerate rich characters a bit of Triangle of Sadness. Just not so rudimentary funny, rather humourless and never with a second ground.

  That is because the characters reaction to certain points in the story were just unbelievable. The Jokes were made in situations a mentally healthy person would have never thought about making jokes. Maybe i just didn't expect to get a thriller with slightly comedic touch as…

  The Passenger 2023

  Kyle Gallner steals the show and makes The Passenger from a ok-ish movie to a pretty good one. Only the script and the lenght hold this one back to become a even better one. Dramaturgical has the film also some flaws. Which is sad but i was still suprised how good it actually was.
