i love carey mulligan and i do think her performance was spectacular but believe me when i say i want absolutely nothing to do with this fucking movie
i would have been happy to watch a 2 hour rom com of carey mulligan and bo burnham. the parts that were a rom com were fun. i fucking smiled etc.
but this isn’t cute and funny. its not something to dress up in a candy colored wig and tight little nurse outfit.
this offers no hope for survivors, no catharsis and it left me with a sick fucking pit in my stomach.
