  for drama class, chose the frances ha monologue as my midterms and had to rewatch the movie. the monologue by itself is already touching, but when you get to know frances and sophie it becomes a lot more personal. its more than just mumblecore, it foreshadows the most beautiful scene in the movie, where all that frances dreams with in a relationship in found in sophie. i love this film even more now.

  toda vez que eu assisto um won kar wai a experiência é igual. começo sem entender nada mas achando todas as cenas lindíssimas, pego o enredo do filme, me identifico com algum personagem, o filme acaba e me sinto devastada. essa história em particular mexeu comigo. assisti no momento certo, os filmes dele parecem um reflexo da minha realidade porém com cores vívidas, cenários perfeitamente montados e muito cigarro. que filme lindo. queria não estar na mesma posição que ela.
