  even though it falls flat at times, i just can’t help but appreciate the film as a whole. a wild ride that never stops being thought provoking. ari aster is masterful once again with the way he imbeds details.

  i love films like this - so fun to dissect, and so packed full of originality that the interpretations feel endless. it’s the kind of passion project that feels misunderstood, but deserves a cult following in years to come.
