Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes 2024
This movie was amazing!!! Usually once there’s more than like 3 movies to a franchise its starts to get too repetitive or it just feels like they’re extending it unnecessarily but this was so well made i loved it!!! In general, all the movies have a special place in my heart both bc of the storyline but also bc of how realistic everything looks.
Only complaint is the apes that used Caeser’s name for their stupid ass mentalities, all i kept thinking about was ‘KEEP MY WIFE’S NAME OUT YOU F*CKING MOUTH’ and i feel like that pretty much sums up how i felt about thatTranslated from by -

Honestly these people are just straight up psychopaths, this definitely didn't convince me to watch the second one butt at the same time I'm a sucker for the forbidden love trope so that's the only reason i mildly enjoyed this and wasn't just straight up terrified for both of them and everyone around them
