Chalamet is very good, I really liked his portrayal, not only because he is a tremendous actor, but also because his Bob isn’t a perfect copy of the real one; yes, he prepared a lot, but he is not trying to mimick every movement. That’s my main problem with modern biopics, they sometimes just seem to aim for the perfect almost-deep-fake-looking performance (eg Elvis). This, for me, wasn’t the case.

The Shining 1980
This was unsettling, terrifying and nerve-wreaking. I think I’ve never felt anxiety like this time. Some moments were so disturbing I almost wanted to scream and physically run away. And the score is beautifully awful
