This is the exact kind of movie that mistakes creepy for sweet ! ... no no no ... this was so wrong !! The poor girl had an issue not being able to express her emotions ... she obviously needs to consult a psychologist not some creepy teacher !

Ah, with such a terrible screenplay, it's not at all a surprise that this is a shoujo manga adaptation, a fact which also explains the awful telegraphing of emotions by the heroine (*touches ear* *grabs clothing and clenches fist*). It's the sort of story where you spend most of the time internally yelling "ahhh, nooo, what are you doinggg" at the characters and getting frustrated at a thirteen-year-old mangaka's warped idea of “love” (I refuse to believe she could have been much older when she wrote it).
The screenplay's not the only bad aspect of it though. It was filled with generic school girl background characters that Japanese media loves to use…

i watched this when i was very impressionable and very young and i thought this was a genuinely good movie about a nice love story between a young woman and her teacher. but after having grown up & adjusted my views on appropriate age range relationships, i have concluded that this film is creepy and weird and it also sucks even more that the protagonist essentially abandons her dream school to be w her teacher :/
was it sweet? maybe. was it problematic? as hell!

this movie had some scenes that were so cringe that it made me laugh out loud but overall i liked it.The reviews all being “This movie is so bad and evil🤬🗣️” makes no sense to me cus why are you watching it for TWO hours if you don’t like the whole concept of the movie from the start😭 yea it’s kinda creepy but also cute idk i just get her,,it was funny and sad and romantic and weird
i ignore laws and morality to enjoy this movie
