  It is always a complete fun package to watch Salman in Chulbul Pandey mode. But unfortunately, apart from him nothing else works here. The lackadaisical narrative and familiar template make it such a dry boring watch.

  Was denkt ihr, was in diesem Film häufiger vorkommt:

  - Pressekonferenzen, in denen Polizeigewalt als die effektivste Methode zur Verbrechensbekämpfung verteidigt wird, denn ein toter Verbrecher kann keinen Ärger mehr machen (was auch den anwesenden Journalisten sofort einleuchtet und mindestens eine der anwesenden Journalistinnen ist sofort schockverliebt in den obergeilen Macho-Cop)
  - Product Placements, in denen alle Vorzüge des Produkts gezeigt werden (darunter auch ein Online-Dienst für länderübergreifende Bargeld-Transfers, der in keiner Weise irgendeine Rolle für diesen Film spielt)
  - Anrufe des Protagonisten mit verstellter Stimme auf dem Handy seines Vaters,bei denen er ihm eine liebesbedürftige Frau vorspielt, um zu überprüfen, ob er seiner toten Ehefrau auch über den Tod hinaus treu ist - denn Mama ist die Beste!

  The first few minutes of this movie gave us some "Mission: Impossible" style opening credits featuring choice bits from the last film. The opening is also a tongue in cheek rehash of the first film that primes us for more of the same. Luckily, after Chulbul Pandey blatantly and unapologetically rips off a couple of citizens he's sworn to protect, the movie more or less gives us a Pandey of a different temperament. And tries to maintain it for as long as possible.

  The ongoing relationship between Pandey and his wife is sweet if a little fraught with how eager they are to encourage pushing back against each other when one is coming on too strong but reluctant to actually…
