Sigue siendo mejor que Gal Gadot.
Incluso Vivora interpreta mejor que Gal Gadot.
La serpiente tiene eyeliner así que dejaría que me arruinarse la vida
Recursos humanos: Malos
Philippine association to WONDERWOMAN. Much better than all the Marvel and Disney productions!
The girl Narda finds a stone that gives her superpowers. She wears a jolly costume and catches criminals and helps others. The plot integrated parts of SUPERMAN as well. Narda moves to the city and becomes a reporter with glasses.
Superfunny is the antagonist Valentin who develops into a medusa. Impakta, some kind of a vampire dragon lady is also hilarious! Especially the scene where she uses a teddy bar to lure a scared kid into her claws. The movie has a lot of charme and some truly funny ideas!
And the best is, that in minute 68:50 some cockroaches appear: boxd.it/2Uexk
La heroína que necesitamos??? Seguramente
the early scenes with the demon stuff was cooking, light hellraiser 3 vibes at times
way too long

WE LOVE VIBORA.
Somehow both better and worse than the low budget Darna Vs the Planet Women from the 1970's. There are nods to other superheroes here, with Darna stopping machine gun bullets with her bracelets and her alter ego Narda working as a mild mannered reporter in unnecessary glasses. There's also a snake puppet with lipstick and eyelashes acting as the villain's animal sidekick like from a Disney movie? Lots of comedy and more men being idiots, but also some surprising bloody carnage as well. It's just all over the map.
This review may contain spoilers. I can handle the truth.
I wrote about Bruka: Queen of Evil, which this movie is related to. For example, one of Darna’s villains is her former friend Valentina, who becomes the snake-haired Serpina. That character inspired Bruka.
But who is Darna?
Darna is a Filipino superheroine created by writer Mars Ravelo and artist Nestor Redondo. It’s tempting, with her costume, to call her a Wonder Woman clone. She’s really a deceased extraterrestrial warrior who uses the body of an Earth woman named Narda to rescue those can’t fend for themselves.
Fourteen different actresses have played her over 21 movies and TV shows, starting with Rosa del Rosario. The character is so famous that she’s even appeared in several ballet performances.
The 1991 version of…
Seriously, how far and how bad can this movie go?
This really is a dull interpretation of the iconic Komiks character. The plot really doesn't hold up and so many ideas packed into one film.
The bad acting and writing doesn't help either.
