A routine commercial entertainer that gets predictable beyond a point with too many boring overstretched sequences. Mohanlal and Vijay are key positive factors, dominating with their screen presence especially during the confrontation sequences. Imman’s music is good. But on the whole, it is strictly an average drama.
kajal agarwal i love you but girl please give us something to root for in your performances.
policewala gunda 2 🤩🙏✨
I had to choose between This and Bigil.
And I did and will always choose Lalettan every focking time.

Movies like this are exclusively made for assholes to keep them still as assholes and mint money. Even the worst of worst shittiest movies will have some IQ and creativity. These kinda films bring down the collective growths of a generation of film makers and film lovers and sends us all back to stoner age, Mgr age, jai sankar age. If u are taking a painkiller or smoke three hours of ur precious time in shithole, this is the best work to watch. Heart goes out to the versatile actors who committed for this movie. Financial problem? Ada poda.
Who said you need to put effort into writing a decent script when you can just get Mohanlal and Vijay to carry the film for you
This review may contain spoilers. I can handle the truth.
help there was no english subtitles and it got stuck on 2x speed and i didnt know how to fix it 😭😭😭 i watched the full thing anyways idc
i have no idea why they were dancing or why he just got up and left after being brutally injured in a car crash but then had sad flashbacks about his dad but also i dont speak tamil so maybe thats why. it was cool but again i didnt know what they were saying but for some reason i loved the way that they cgi'd text messages
Soori has a dialogue in this movie, “neenga durai singam thaan,” then he spits on the floor
made me realize how Singam is unironically so much better than this movie
Also Soori being in this movie at all made me realize how I could’ve just watched Viduthalai instead
Nostalgia man istg
Edit: I think it should also be mentioned that Vijay has ZERO energy compared to his other movies. It’s so much more obvious he has a better time working with other directors like AR Murugadoss, Atlee, or Lokesh Kanagaraj better.
Like, the energy he brings, as much as I dislike those movies, Sarkar or Bigil, show that he actually seems like he’s having fun making those movies, as opposed to this movie where he seems like he couldn’t give more of a shit. The only time he ever seems to care is when he’s with Mohan Lal, who’s an acting legend, so I get it.
always an ache in throat while watching that marriage dining scene, imman you rock my world.
me @ vijay the entire time i was watching this
also fuck that twist
Sometime I question myself about why was I excited for these films as a kid.
