  Mild amusement punctuated by odd creative choices and a frustrating amount of music to drown out any empty space. Not a particularly funny comedy of errors revenge thing that is serviceable but isn't going to win any awards. Extra credit for the ACAB sentiment though.

  Apparently my wife and I are in the minority on this one. I'd seen it before, but not since 2008. My wife picked it out of a pile of Blu-rays that I gave her to choose from and we both laughed louder and louder as it got even further out of hand. The cast was perfect. A fed up Illeana Douglas is always entertaining. Why she's not cast more often these days is beyond me. She's always great.

  A movie with a sick sense of humor and some insane developments. This is the kind of horror-comedy that should be appreciated but often doesn't find an audience. Twisted humor and a solid cast make this movie delightfully absurd and amazing.

  Highly entertaining revenge horror comedy. The plot takes a bit of time to get going, but then offers a few interesting turns, in the beginning it was mostly the pretty funny dialogue and the characters which kept me entertained (and some of the characters are fucking awesome, Hotchkiss rules!).

  I'd recommend this Little Horror Gem.

  Otis is a pizza delivery guy who also kidnaps and kills teenage girls after locking them up in his home dungeon and role plays being a popular jock. His latest victim escapes and her family seeks their own tortuous revenge.  This is a really dark comedy.  This would be much harder to pull off without the great cast consisting of Daniel Stern, Illeana Douglas and Kevin Pollak in key roles.  Disturbing but kind of fun as well.

  So Larry Clark kidnaps and 16 year old girl in order to relive his brother's high school.

  I will say that the scene where the 40 year old Otis, tries to have sex with the 16 year old Riley, and basically she inadvertently jerks him off, is pretty uncomfortable. But hey this character is based on Larry Clark, so I guess that makes sense.*

  The parts with Otis and Riley is boring, but the parts with the family and the detective are actually kinda good.

  "You should feel good now. I have an 80% recovery rate."
  Well... we only recovered 60 percent of Debbie Pilter.

  I love this black-comedy comedy. Bostin Christopher as Otis is creepy as the serial killer. Illeana Douglas, Daniel Stern and Jared Kusnitz had me rolling on the floor laughing as the revenge-seeking family members. Some of their lines are priceless. Jere Burns as the FBI goof is awesome. Ashley Johnson is perfect as the victim and Kevin Pollak takes a beating like very few on the big screen have taken. The music is pretty solid.

  A very dark comedy about a nymphomaniac psycho who kidnaps the daughter of an American family and chains her in the basement of his house.

  The soundtrack is great and features B-52's, "I Ran" by Flock of Seagulls and "Come on Feel the Noise" by Quiet Riot, among others.

  Illeana Douglas is a treasure and i love when she gets fucking angry. one star just for her. Bostin Christopher does the pathetic and creepy rapist serial killer thing rather well and he's massive enough to be really intimidating.

  otis' fantasy stages with the projector are creepy and actually pretty damned inspired.

  most of the comedy bits didn't really land for me, but the overall idea plays out fairly well. the soundtrack is good too.

  aside from Illeana, the hand-drawn sasquatch picture in otis' "office" is the other true star of this movie.
